KDDI Release Samsung SMT-i9100 Android Tablet

KDDI has finally announced the availability of the Samsung SMT-i9100 Android tablet in the Japanese market. Powered by Google Android 2.2 OS, the gadget comes equipped with a 7-inch (1024 x 600) multi-touch screen, Wi-Fi and CDMA 1x, 3G, 4GB internal memory, 512MB of RAM, Bluetooth, microSDHC card Slot and a 2-megapixel digital camera. KDDI will release the Samsung SMT-i9100 in Japan next month.
